Walnut Unlimited was last night recognised on The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2020 list.
The agency was ranked 35th on the list, having already achieved a 3* Best Companies accreditation status recognising extraordinary levels of employee engagement earlier this year.
Walnut Unlimited was praised for its continued training and development regimes, excellent internal processes around communication and innovation, and its commitment to mental health initiatives for staff.
Of the achievement, Walnut Unlimited’s Managing Director, Jane Rudling, said: “We have always had outstanding levels of employee engagement since we became Walnut Unlimited in 2017, and to be recognised as a Times 100 Best Company to Work For in 2020 is testament to this. The agency has gone from strength to strength over the years and this is only possible by creating a collaborative company culture that values and looks after each other. We’re so proud to be recognised with this award!”
The competitive list will be printed in The Sunday Times this weekend. It recognises the UK’s top 100 small businesses – those with 50-249 employees – and is compiled by work engagement specialist Best Companies.
