Following on from three UK acquisitions in the past 18 months, Unlimited Group today announced the release of the US division of Health Unlimited to Next Fifteen Communications plc (Next15).

The US division of Health Unlimited, will join MBooth, an existing agency of Next15 and rebranded as a separate agency MBooth Health. Timothy Bird, CEO of Health Unlimited and his US-based management team, will continue to lead the agency and its roster of clients at MBooth Health.

Says Tim Hassett, Unlimited Group CEO “As we continue to build upon our most recent acquisitions and focus on developing world-class capabilities in the UK, we have made the strategic decision to divest the US division of Health Unlimited to new ownership.

The UK division of Health Unlimited will remain firmly within the Unlimited Group portfolio and I look forward to working with the senior team in the UK to grow our UK footprint even further. This is an exceptionally exciting time for us right now – we are gathering momentum, have an incredibly talented leadership team in place and the firepower to accelerate our strategic agenda.”

Earlier this year Unlimited Group acquired Realise Unlimited (previously Model Citizens) to provide advanced data and analytics expertise. Realise Unlimited, which helps brands make data-driven decisions and has delivered over £250 million in incremental benefits for its clients, sits at the heart of the group and will continue to maximise client profits.

Acquiring Realise Unlimited came on the back of two other monumental acquisitions in DirectionGroup Unlimited and Firstbase Unlimited to create a fully integrated B2B tech offering with Nelson Bostock Unlimited. The Group also recently announced the hire of Chris Mellish as CEO of TMW Unlimited and placed Amanda Morrissey into the new role of Chief Client Officer (CCO) as the group’s client-centric strategy also gathers pace.
