We are one of Bentley’s key event experience delivery partners and have been working with them for the past 7 years. Motorsport is a key component in reinforcing Bentley’s brand promise of Driving Luxury Performance, but historically it has not been used to its full potential.
We needed to maximise the impact of the Guest Experience Programme by providing the European Retailer network with engaging communications and event experiences that could be used to support sales.
Bentley’s GT3 Motorsport programme is about more than just racing. It creates an opportunity to demonstrate Bentley’s performance capabilities and to inspire the teams, owners and fans to be extraordinary.
We developed an unrivalled luxury guest experience at the track, providing behind the scenes access and giving retailers the opportunity to host prospects and existing customers.
Race day experiences included:
- Luxury hospitality
- Parade lap on track
- Meet the drivers and technical team
- Grid walk and garage visit
This is supported by a bespoke multi-lingual communications platform, for use within the existing customer journey, and the management of income from ticket sales.
