Walnut Unlimited triumphs at Market Research Society Operations Awards 2018

Walnut Unlimited, the human understanding agency, won Best Data Solutions at the Operations Awards 2018 for excellence in insight and market research. The awards are organised by the Market Research Society and were announced in London last night (September 13 2018).

Best Data Solutions was awarded for Walnut Unlimited’s work with The National Trust. This project saw neuroscience and behavioural psychology blended to uncover why places mean so much to people.

The agency was also shortlisted in two further categories: Best Data Collection (Face to Face) and Operational Excellence.

Shortlisted in Best Data Collection (Face to Face) was a project for Lidl, where Walnut Unlimited used neuroscience to optimise advertising campaigns.

Walnut Unlimited was shortlisted in the Operational Excellence category for the agency’s overall strategy and practices.

The agency has been shortlisted 12 times since the Oppies began in 2014, across the full range of disciplines reflected by the awards categories: traditional data collection methods; online; telephone and face-to-face; data solutions; training and development; and operational excellence.

“It is highly gratifying to see our operational excellence – which comes from the combination of quality, security (backed by audited standards) and the flexibility of our solutions, backed by a great internal staff investment programme – consistently recognised by industry peers.”
