Meet the Unlimited Board
Iain Ferguson
Chairman
Iain became Chairman of Unlimited in 2016 following the P2P transaction that created one of the UK’s largest independent, international digital marketing groups. He chairs a number of other business services companies including Group IMD; the global provider of cloud-based digital content distribution, EDM Group; the international information management group and Red Ant; the Retail technology platform. Until recently he was also Chair at Jigsaw24, a technology solutions group sold to Alcuin Capital, and at Optionis; a professional services group which was last year merged with Arkarius in a transaction with Sovereign Capital. Iain previously served as EVP and Member of the Executive Committee, at Havas SA in New York and Paris, and led the successful IPO of Mission Marketing Plc.
Michael Richards
Group Managing Director
Michael is a proven entrepreneur and Client-focused Agency man, who has enjoyed a successful career in Top 10 Agencies including Grey, Saatchi and Ogilvy & Mather. He has also built and sold his own Top 30 Agency and launched his own Global water brand. Most recently Michael was at VCCP where he was International MD and ran the eBay and Paddy Power accounts. He joined Unlimited Group in May 2018 to inspire and lead the team and to help galvanise the integrated Group to serve its fantastic client list.
Tim Bonnet
President
Tim has been part of the Unlimited Group since 2012. Before this he held a variety of senior roles, both agency and client-side, including positions at Shell, John Menzies and the Aer Lingus Group of companies. Immediately prior to joining the Group, he spent 15 years at TBWA\UK Group where his responsibilities included CEO of TEQUILA\London, CEO of Agency.com and sitting on the TBWA\UK Group Executive Board. Tim is responsible for the Unlimited Group’s seven discipline pillars, and the strategic direction, growth and development of the Group’s offering. He has judged many awards from Cannes Lions through to the DMAs and Campaign Awards.
Kathryn Herrick
Chief Financial Officer
Kathryn joined the Unlimited Group in 2014 and has broad finance experience in marketing services, professional services and within the technology sector. She has spent more than 15 years within the marketing services sector specifically, holding both global and regional roles within Grey Europe, WPP and DraftFCB. Latterly, Kathryn held the position of Vice President Finance for Europe, Middle East and Africa for Equinix, a high-growth technology company. Kathryn became ACA-qualified in 1991.
Jane Rudling
Partner, Insight & Analytics
At Walnut Unlimited, Jane leads a team who are intent on putting human understanding at the heart of decision making. Jane has an analytics background and over 25 years’ experience in consumer research, during which time she has worked across a wide range of sectors from financial services to cement, retail to IT, food and drink to nappies. Jane’s broad experience means she is well placed to deliver a combination of big data analytics and human understanding for the benefit of a wide range of clients.
Timothy Bird
Partner, Health
Timothy has successfully helped global companies define and build their reputations, manage issues to reposition themselves in the marketplace, launch new products and heighten awareness of existing brands over his 30 year career. His broad experience has involved leading multi-national campaigns across many different industries including pharmaceutical, consumer package goods and information technology. At Unlimited, he provides counsel to global clients in the health and life sciences industries and is the global CEO leading vision and strategy, business growth, operations and synergy for Health Unlimited, a global health consultancy and communications agency.
Chris Pearce
Partner, Customer Engagement
Chris’s CEO role at TMW Unlimited focuses on setting the vision and raising the profile of the agency. He also engages the senior leadership team to deliver outstanding work and results on behalf of clients. Specific client experience includes Sony Mobile, Vodafone, HSBC UK, NatWest, Bacardi, Diageo, Unilever, Virgin, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and the FT. Chris was delighted to be voted the people’s choice for Influencer of the Year at Creativepool’s 2018 awards.
Bruce McLachlan
Partner, Brand
Bruce co-founded Fever Unlimited in 2010, with an agency mission to deliver best-in-class creative work based on genuine consumer insight. He has developed award-winning campaigns for brands including American Express, Amazon, PlayStation and the Flower Council of Holland, and continues to take a hands on role with the agencies’ clients.
Paul Bishop
Partner, Digital Transformation
Paul is one of the founding partners of Splendid Unlimited and has over 23 years’ experience in the digital experience space; prior to this he was an award-winning Theatre Designer. With a career spanning digital start-ups through to being Head of User Experience for a large consultancy in Europe, the common thread is one of putting customers’ needs at the heart of the experience. Paul has helped clients as diverse as Sony PlayStation, Aston Martin, SSE and easyJet to develop digital products and strategies. Outside of Splendid, Paul has been a BIMA Executive Board member and named as one of the Top 100 people in digital by BIMA, the industry association for digital in the UK. He has also advised on Hollywood films such as Fury and Suicide Squad.
Nick Clark
Partner, B2B & Technology
As Managing Director of Nelson Bostock Unlimited, Nick has overall responsibility for driving excellence across his agency teams, responding to client needs and ensuring the highest levels of campaign delivery across communications and marketing. He has experience across a broad range of sectors including enterprise software, fixed and mobile networks, broadcast and consumer technology to name a few. Nick is a PR consultant with over 20 years’ experience working with a range of global technology businesses, challenger brands and high growth companies including Canon, Google, EE, BBC, Facebook, Arqiva, Salesforce and many more.
Peter Brown
Partner, CRM & Acquisition
Peter is proud to be the leader of Prophecy Unlimited, bringing a hugely talented team of people together to create great work for an envied client list. He has worked across a wide range of sectors from auto to government and property, delivering award winning, ROI beating work.
